"Client Onboarding" is the process of adopt to the support department a new client t. It's our opportunity to build a good and long term relationship, address concerns, get the client up to speed and start the production based on the plan. 

By the end of our client onboarding process, we ended with 95% of customers that feel confident with their desired outcome from the product and their expectations.

I always believed that "Bad" support would affect the sale of a second machine but, a "Good" support helping.  the sales team to sale the second product.
