Selecting to establish and lead the Customer Support team for Massivit (that just started to sell its extremely large advanced 3D printers) proved to be an excellent decision. Being the Director of Customer Care Golan took ownership also on scaling up the critical customers success activity and the income generation of his department demonstrating high capabilities. Golan picked a team of non-experienced but talented engineers (technical and application) and successfully motivated and mentored them to become professionals. Golan developed and implemented from scratch work procedures, training courses, data collection, diagnostics and upgrade installations, professional services. Golan also developed by himself based on platforms such as Sharepoint.
